In a major push toward administrative efficiency, Andhra Pradesh has restructured its building approval process to expedite the issuance of Occupancy Certificates.

Under the newly enacted directive, submitted files will now undergo standard Level-1 and Level-2 evaluations before receiving ultimate confirmation at Level-3.

Urban planning officials anticipate this streamlined three-tier mechanism will eliminate procedural bottlenecks, enhance governance transparency, and significantly accelerate regional real estate development.
