Winds are weak over the coast of Guangdong. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is bringing showers to Guangdong. At 2 a.m., Tropical Storm Krovanh was centred about 110 kilometres southeast of Okinawa. It is forecast to move southeast at about 12 kilometres per hour lingering over the vicinity of the Ryukyu Islands. Meanwhile, the tropical depression over the seas south of Japan was centred about 370 kilometres southeast of Kagoshima. It is forecast to move northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour across the seas south of Japan and dissipate gradually. Weather forecast for today: Mainly cloudy with a few showers. More showers in some areas at first. The minimum temperature will be about 27 degrees in the morning. Sunny intervals during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 31 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light winds.
