Trump made ‘final decision’ to give Ukraine Patriot licence, Zelensky says

President Donald Trump told President Volodymyr Zelensky that he had made a "final decision" to grant Kyiv the licence to produce Patriot air defence missiles, the Ukrainian leader said Friday.
