A series of fire and electrical incidents caused panic in Ghaziabad, Mumbai, and Nawada. In Ghaziabad’s Tronica City industrial area, a massive late-night fire broke out at a bag-manufacturing factory. The flames quickly engulfed the entire building, sending a huge plume of black smoke into the sky. Twelve fire tenders and water tankers were deployed, while firefighters broke through a rear wall to tackle the blaze from multiple sides. Fortunately, no workers were inside the factory at the time, preventing casualties. The cause of the fire is under investigation. In Mumbai’s Goregaon, a car parked beneath a metro station suddenly caught fire, producing thick smoke and forcing authorities to temporarily slow metro services. Passengers were evacuated as a precaution. Meanwhile, in Nawada, Bihar, a fallen electricity wire sparked continuously and caused flames to rise in a field in Leela Bigha village. No one was injured, but villagers raised concerns about old and exposed electrical wires, which they say have remained a safety hazard despite repeated requests for replacement.
