Vedanta Power Ltd experienced a significant 26% rise in power sales during the second quarter of this fiscal year. The company's Meenakshi Energy plant saw a remarkable 111% year-on-year increase in power sales. Additionally, the Jharsuguda Thermal Plant achieved a 186% rise in power sales, reflecting better availability and performance.
