Bloomberg's Martin Braun joins Scarlet Fu on "Bloomberg Deals." Connecticut transferred about $1.3 billion in excess revenue this latest fiscal year to underfunded state employees’ and teachers’ pensions, bringing surplus deposits to more than $11 billion over the last seven years, state Treasurer Erick Russell said Tuesday.
