NANDYAL — Law enforcement authorities in Andhra Pradesh's Nandyal district incinerated thirty kilograms of confiscated cannabis on Wednesday as part of an aggressive crackdown on regional drug peddling.

The destroyed contraband, valued at thousands of rupees, was recovered during a series of coordinated raids conducted across vulnerable transit points over recent weeks.

Senior officials reiterated their zero-tolerance stance against substance trafficking, vowing heightened vigilance and stricter surveillance along key transportation corridors to effectively dismantle illicit supply networks.
