Sembcorp Green Infra, backed by Singapore's state investor Temasek, has formally filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus to launch an initial public offering.
The renewable energy powerhouse aims to raise fresh capital to strengthen its balance sheet. According to regulatory filings, a substantial portion of the net proceeds will be directed toward repaying and prepaying existing corporate borrowings.
