The Rajasthan High Court Bar Association in Jaipur has called for the prompt appointment of a permanent Chief Justice, stressing that institutional stability is vital for the judiciary.
Addressing controversy surrounding a recent complaint against the Acting Chief Justice, Bar Association President Rajeev Sogarwal stated that grievances should strictly follow established formal channels rather than public disputes.
"There has to be a permanent Chief Justice. It is your prerogative whom you appoint; we hold no opposition to anyone," Sogarwal affirmed, urging authorities to resolve leadership uncertainties promptly.
