Trump signs executive order waiving new Russia sanctions, tariffs

President Donald Trump issued an executive order waiving sanctions and tariffs on Russia’s energy sector, despite having previously signed them into law. The Lindsey Graham Act granted Trump the authority to levy significant duties on Russian oil and gas buyers.
