OSLO, Sept 11 - New Colombian President Abelardo De La Espriella should fully implement the peace accord signed with Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) guerrillas a decade ago to help unite a divided country, his predecessor Juan Manuel Santos said.
