Hong Kong and Kazakhstan Partner on Transport Tech

Kazakhstan signed a transport memorandum with Hong Kong authorities on Wednesday to establish a joint laboratory and explore low-altitude economy initiatives aimed at easing traffic congestion. Speaking at the Belt and Road Summit, Vice-Minister Bakhtiyar Mukhametkaliyev confirmed the collaboration followed discussions with Secretary Mable Chan's team, focusing on innovative digital solutions for modern urban transit challenges.
