Temperatures across Guangdong surged to 33°C and above on Tuesday afternoon amid weak winds and intense heat. Meanwhile, Tropical Depression Krovanh, located 210 kilometers east of Kagoshima, is moving north-northeast at 18 km/h toward Japan’s mainland, expected to transition into an extratropical cyclone. Locally, an incoming northeasterly monsoon will bring cloudy skies, isolated showers, and temperatures between 26°C and 31°C.
