Winds are weak over the coast of Guangdong. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is bringing showers to southeastern China. At 4 p.m., Tropical Storm Krovanh was centred about 10 kilometres west of Okinawa. It is forecast to move southeast at about 12 kilometres per hour lingering over the vicinity of the Ryukyu Islands. Meanwhile, the tropical depression near Iwo Jima was centred about 700 kilometres west-northwest of Iwo Jima. It is forecast to move north-northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour towards the seas south of Japan and dissipate gradually. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow: Becoming cloudy with a few showers. The minimum temperature will be about 27 degrees tomorrow morning. Sunny intervals during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 31 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light winds.
