The remnant of Saudel is bringing showers to inland Guangdong. Besides, the area of low pressure over the western North Pacific to the east of the Philippines is bringing unsettled weather to the region. At 5 a.m., Tropical Storm Krovanh was centred about 340 kilometres north of Okinawa. It is forecast to move northwest slowly, lingering over the vicinity of the Ryukyu Islands. Weather forecast for today: Mainly cloudy. Bright periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 30 degrees. One or two showers later. Moderate west to northwesterly winds. Outlook: Sunny periods and one or two showers in the next couple of days.
