Enzo Fernandez says he "could not be happier" after sealing a joint-British transfer record move to Manchester City from Chelsea. The 2022 World Cup winner has signed a five-year deal at Etihad Stadium for a fee of £125m. "Manchester City are the most successful club in England in recent times," Fernandez said.
