Nicaragua Fights Germany’s Bid to Dismiss Gaza Genocide Case

Nicaragua urged the International Court of Justice to reject Germany’s attempt to dismiss a lawsuit accusing Berlin of facilitating genocide in Gaza through arms exports to Israel. During court proceedings, Managua argued that Germany continues to violate international law by supplying military aid, while Berlin maintains the allegations are groundless and has demanded the case be completely thrown out.
