Morgan Stanley's Rats on Oil, Diesel Market

Martijn Rats, chief commodity strategist at Morgan Stanley, discusses the energy market as oil dropped for a third day. "Our thesis is that crude is tightening and that the crude share of that eventual diesel price will expand," he tells Bloomberg Television.
