DHS Chief Mullin Says Man Shot by ICE Knew He Was Wanted

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin says the man ICE officers shot in the Bronx on Thursday knew he was a wanted man. Mullin says officers gave lawful commands as they approached Oscar Begal, a 28-year old Dominican man. Agents shot him. Begal was taken to the hospital, now he's in detention facility outside New York City. (Source: Bloomberg)
