Soybeans were rallying on Tuesday, contracts 21 to 29 3/4 cents in the green at the close. The cmdtyView national average Cash Bean price was up 11 ¾ cents at $12.62 1/4. Soymeal futures were up $1.80 to $7.40 on the day, with Soy Oil up 116 to 187 points....
