DeFi Development Corp has successfully closed an eleven million dollar offering of its CHAD perpetual preferred stock, structured similarly to MicroStrategy. The Series C variable rate stock features an initial annual dividend rate of thirteen percent, which the firm will utilize to significantly expand and grow its expanding Solana treasury reserves moving forward.
