Hanumantha Malkapure, an artist from Bidar's Gunnalli village, has crafted over 400 eco-friendly clay Ganesha idols this season. Continuing an eight-year tradition, his handmade natural clay sculptures have gained massive demand as a sustainable alternative to harmful Plaster of Paris idols, dissolving easily in water without causing any harm to aquatic life and championing effective environmental protection across the region.
