The Supreme Court has flagged gaps in drug price controls after noting a cancer medicine costing ₹2,700 at the retailer level was allegedly sold to patients for ₹27,000.రిటైల్ స్థాయిలో ₹2,700 ధర కలిగిన క్యాన్సర్ మందును రోగులకు ₹27,000కు విక్రయించినట్లు గుర్తించిన సుప్రీంకోర్టు, ఔషధ ధరల నియంత్రణ విధానంలో ఉన్న లోపాలను ఎత్తిచూపింది.
