Delhi Building Collapse: Rekha Gupta Orders Case Against Owner

Five people have died in the Satya Niketan building collapse, while several others are feared trapped under the debris. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited the site and AIIMS Trauma Centre and ordered a case against the house owner.
