Steamhouse India secured Rs 124.2 crore from anchor investors, including funds backed by Madhusudhan Kela and Sunil Singhania, ahead of its Rs 414 crore initial public offering opening on September 9. Priced between Rs 77 and Rs 81 per share, the upcoming public issue features a fresh capital raise of Rs 353 crore alongside an offer for sale worth Rs 61 crore.
