North Star Renewable Energy appoints Shivanand Nimbargi as Managing Director and CEO

North Star Renewable Energy, a joint venture between British International Investment and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, has appointed former Ayana Renewable Power chief Shivanand Nimbargi as managing director and CEO. He will lead the platform’s expansion across solar, wind, hybrid and storage projects in India as it seeks to mobilise private capital for the country’s energy transition.
