Western Australia has locked in a major three-year agreement with WWE, cementing Perth’s position as a premier entertainment hub for international combat sports.

Premier Roger Cook highlighted the commercial triumph of the partnership, noting that 2024’s Elimination Chamber lured over 18,000 interstate and international visitors, eclipsing the 12,500 drawn by the previous Crown Jewel event at RAC Arena.

Despite the massive turnout, Cook confirmed that future blockbuster bouts will not return to the 60,000-seat Optus Stadium, with organizers prioritizing indoor venues instead.
