Prediction market platform Kalshi has announced a strategic partnership with The Weather Company to verify outcomes for its expanding suite of weather-focused trading contracts.

Under the collaboration, The Weather Company will supply certified meteorological data to resolve bets on temperature thresholds, rainfall amounts, and severe storm occurrences across the United States.

Platform executives emphasized that climate-linked derivatives present a uniquely fair trading landscape, as atmospheric events remain inherently immune to corporate insider manipulation.
