NEW DELHI — Tensions flared at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi today as outraged students staged intense demonstrations following another tragic student suicide on campus.

Addressing the agitated assembly, student leader Dipke emphasized that piecemeal interventions are no longer sufficient, calling for a comprehensive, immediate overhaul of the country's hyper-competitive education framework.
