State Food Minister P. Venkataramanan announced that authorities are actively tracking the retail prices of 41 essential commodities on a daily basis to curb speculative spikes.

Reassuring citizens, the minister emphasized that robust administrative interventions are currently underway to maintain steady supply chains and avert sudden shortages across local markets.
